i realize this blog is in a coma, but i need to post something because i know people read it, or used to read it, or by some chance might stop by just for the heck of it. but anyway. please, please, please pray for my cousin Jeffrey. He is really sick and in the hospital right now, and he needs all of our prayers. thank you so much, i love you all. -sarah

Coma Dreams

I have been in a coma for almost a month now, and let me tell you: I have had some craaaaaazy dreams. I tried to post them once, but you know comas -- everything gets lost from the brain to the actual effector muscle. Truly lost in translation. Hmm...

I have had a dream lately that I would like to share with everyone.I dreamed that everyone found out something that they didn't really like, and that they were extremely offended by what they had found out, and dwelled on it until it became their sole topic to dwell on. I also dreamed of the solution to that topic -- laughter. Laughter is the only anecdote for jealousy and pettiness. Rising above something makes you stronger than it. And in my dream, everyone finally came to realize that being liked by everyone is close to impossible, no matter how nice you are. You can be nice to someone for years and years, and that person can actually come to hate you for your kindness. All that doesn't really matter. It is that person's own problem if they don't like you, or if they fictionalize characteristics for you so often that they soon come to believe them. Rise above it, grow more quickly, and soon, you will become that person's worst nightmare.

You will have grown better than it.
